> Hirelabs helps hiring teams find top native iGaming and web3 talent. The people come from igamingjobs.io and web3vacancy.com, where they made a profile and chose to be found by hiring teams. Paste a role, AI ranks the people who fit and shows why, then you message them directly.

## How it works
- Search: describe a role or upload a job description. AI search turns it into must-haves and ranks the closest people, with the evidence behind each score.
- Message: write to the people you like. They reply from their account on the board they use.
- Connect: when you both tap Connect, you get their email, Telegram and CV. That uses one contact.

## Plans
- Free: 3 AI searches, each with your top 5 matches, and 3 chats. No card needed.
- Scout ($299 a month): contacts and AI searches every month, free messaging, up to 25 open chats.
- Hire ($499 a month): more contacts and AI searches for several roles at once, free messaging, up to 25 open chats.
- A contact is used only when both sides tap Connect. Unused contacts roll over, up to two months' worth.

- Every plan connects, with the same limits as the website. Connect stays a tap in the app.
