Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
Hirelabs runs three sites. These terms cover all of them. By using any of the sites, creating an account, posting a job or making a profile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites.

Who we are
"Hirelabs", "we" and "us" mean the operator of these sites:
- hirelabs.io, a workspace where hiring teams find and message native iGaming and web3 talent.
- igamingjobs.io, a job board for iGaming roles.
- web3vacancy.com, a job board for web3 roles.
Jobs on the boards come from public job listings and from employers who post with us. Candidates who make a profile on either board join the Hirelabs talent pool.
Hirelabs is not a recruitment agency and is not a party to any hiring. Employers and candidates make their own decisions and their own agreements.
Terms for everyone
Accounts
- You sign in with your email or with Telegram. Keep access to them secure. Anything done from your account is your responsibility.
- The details you give us must be accurate and your own.
Fair use
- No scraping, bulk downloading or automated access to the sites, the workspace or profiles.
- No spam, fake jobs, misleading posts or messages unrelated to a real role.
- No harassment or discrimination.
- Employers may never ask candidates for a fee.
- We apply rate limits to searches, page views, applications, chat requests and sign-in emails to keep the sites fair.
We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms. Where the breach is serious, such as scraping, scams or misuse of candidate details, we may do so without notice and without refund.
Payments
- Prices are in USD.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. On the boards you can also pay in crypto (BTC, ETH or USDT) through OxaPay. We never see or store your full card number.
- A crypto invoice is valid for 60 minutes. Network fees are paid by the payer.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the sites available and accurate, but we provide them as they are. We cannot promise that every job is still open, that every search finds a fit, or that every candidate or employer replies.
AI rankings, scores and summaries are a starting point for your own judgement. They can be wrong or incomplete.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed hires. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service the claim is about.
Hiring on Hirelabs
On hirelabs.io you describe a role, AI ranks people from the talent pool who fit, you message them, and when you both tap Connect you get their contact details.
Who can use it
- You must be hiring for a real role, at your own company or for a client you represent.
- One login per plan. A plan is for one person. Colleagues who also search and message need their own account.
Plans
- Free: three AI searches in total, each showing your top 5 matches, and a short list of profiles to browse. No chats.
- Scout, $299 a month: 5 contacts and 10 AI searches each month.
- Hire, $499 a month: 10 contacts and 30 AI searches each month.
Paid plans include free messaging with up to 25 open chats at a time. They renew each month until you cancel. Current plans and prices are on the pricing section.
If you move from Scout to Hire during a month, the extra contacts are added right away. If you move down, the change applies from your next renewal.
Contacts and AI searches
- An AI search is one run of a role against the talent pool. A search that fails on our side does not count.
- A contact is used once, when you and a candidate both tap Connect. A decline or no reply uses nothing.
- Contacts and AI searches refill at the start of each paid month.
- Unused contacts roll over, up to two months' worth of your plan's contacts. Unused AI searches do not roll over.
- If you renew more than 3 days after your plan ended, you start fresh without rolled-over contacts.
- Contacts and AI searches have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Messaging and Connect
- A chat request needs a first message. If the candidate does not answer within 72 hours, it expires.
- Candidates reply from the board they use and can decline or end a chat at any time.
- Share contact details only through Connect. When you both tap Connect, you get the candidate's name, contact details and CV when they have one.
- A candidate can report a chat. A reported chat pauses while we look at it.
- When a plan ends, your chats stay readable, but you cannot send new messages or tap Connect until you renew.
How you may use candidate details
Use a candidate's details and CV only to discuss the role you contacted them about, or a closely related role at the same company. Do not add them to marketing lists, sell or share them, or pass them to anyone outside your hiring process.
Posting jobs on igamingjobs.io and web3vacancy.com
Employers can buy a paid post on either board from its post a job page: igamingjobs.io/post or web3vacancy.com/post. Every product is a one-off payment. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later.
Products
- Featured, $249, 7 days: your role is pinned on top of the home page list and every listing page it matches, with a highlighted edge. It is marked up for Google Jobs, shared with the board's Telegram followers and reviewed with priority.
- Spotlight, $349, 14 days: everything in Featured, plus a highlighted Spotlight card in the first slot on the home page and every listing page it matches. Several Spotlights may rotate in the same card.
- Hiring Partner, $999, 30 days: up to 3 roles pinned right under Spotlight on the home page and every listing page they match, and your company shown in the strip above the menu on every page. Roles are shared with the board's Telegram followers. We set it up with you personally on Telegram after payment. We take 3 Hiring Partners at a time.
The price shown on the post page when you pay is the price that applies. When the paid period ends, the pin and highlight end. Nothing is charged again.
Review before publishing
We check every paid post by hand before it goes live, and aim to publish it the same day. If something is missing or unclear, we contact you on the email or support contact you gave us.
We may decline a post that breaks these terms. If we decline it, you get a full refund.
Editing and removing posts
- We may fix formatting, the category or tags so a post shows in the right places, or ask you to change it.
- We may remove a post that is fake, misleading, illegal, asks candidates for money, or otherwise breaks these terms. A post removed for breaking these terms is not refunded.
- We may also take a post down when you ask, for example when the role is filled.
No guarantee of applicants
A paid post gives your role more visibility. It does not guarantee a number of views, applicants or hires.
Your content
You confirm that the job is real, that you may post it, and that its details are accurate. You let us show it on the boards and share it on our channels while it runs.
Candidates
Your profile
- You can make a profile by uploading a CV (PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB) on either board. AI reads your CV to fill the profile, and you can edit it.
- Your profile goes live once you confirm your email.
- Your profile must be about you and accurate.
Who can see your profile, and when
- Before Connect, hiring teams on Hirelabs see your professional profile: role, skills, experience, location, rates and a short AI summary. They do not see your name, your employers' or schools' names, or your contact details.
- After you and a hiring team both tap Connect, they see your name, contact details, links and CV.
- You choose whether to reply to a chat or tap Connect. You can decline, end or report a chat at any time.
Hiding or deleting your profile
- You can set your profile to hidden. Hiring teams then cannot find it, and your job alerts keep working.
- You can delete your profile and CV at any time from your account on the board. This also deletes your chats.
- You can turn job alerts off, or use the unsubscribe link in any alert.
Applying to jobs
- Some jobs send you to the employer's own site. Others let you apply on the board.
- When you apply on the board, we pass your application, your CV and your answers to short questions about the role to the person hiring for that job. AI may rank applications to help them.
- Applying also adds your profile to the pool that hiring teams search.
- Some apply forms ask you to join the board on Telegram first.
- We do not decide who gets hired, and we cannot promise a reply from an employer.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the sites change. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell account holders by email or in the workspace before a significant change takes effect. Using the sites after that means you accept the updated terms.
