Hirelabs for AI assistants
Last updated 3 November 2026
Hirelabs helps recruiters find top native iGaming and web3 talent: people who made a profile on igamingjobs.io or web3vacancy.com. Hirelabs for AI assistants lets you do that work from your AI assistant: add a role, run an AI search, review the people who match and message them. It is the same workspace as the Hirelabs app, with the same account, the same plan limits and the same rules.

Connect your assistant
The server address is https://hirelabs.io/mcp
In Claude
- Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste
https://hirelabs.io/mcpand add it. - Choose Connect, sign in to Hirelabs and tap Allow.
In Claude Code, run claude mcp add --transport http hirelabs https://hirelabs.io/mcp and sign in when it asks.
In any other client
Any client that supports remote MCP servers can connect. Add a remote server over HTTP, paste the address, and leave keys and headers empty. The client opens the sign-in page for you.
Apps on your own computer connect straight away. A web app on another address can be refused at sign-in until we add it: write to [email protected].
Sign-in
Sign-in is OAuth, so there is no API key to copy. Your assistant opens Hirelabs, you sign in with your email or Telegram, you read what it asks for, and you tap Allow. It asks to:
- See your roles, AI search matches, the profiles they open and your chats
- Run AI searches for your roles (they use your plan's searches)
- Add roles, save people and update applicants
- Start chats and send messages for you
Free accounts also start @hirelabsbot and join @hirelabs on Telegram. The Telegram page in the app walks you through it.
What the tools do
These only read
- Your plan (
get_plan): AI searches, contacts and free chats left, and your chat limits. - Your roles (
list_roles): your roles, the people messaged and any new applicants. - One role (
get_role): its description, must-haves, latest AI search and its people. - Your matched talent (
list_talent): people your AI searches matched and people you saved, 24 a page. - One profile (
get_candidate): a profile you can open, and how the person fits a role. - Search progress (
search_status): how far an AI search has got. - Your chats (
list_chats): your chats and their latest message. - Suggest must-haves (
suggest_must_haves): must-haves for a job description. Nothing is saved.
Opening a profile or a list is recorded the same way as on the website.
These change data
- Add a role (
create_role): adds a private role from a job description. - Find matches (
start_search): runs an AI search and uses one from your plan. The assistant has to confirm with you first. - Save a person (
save_candidate): saves or unsaves someone you can open. - Update an applicant (
applicant_action): marks an applicant of your posted job as viewed, hired, rejected or not relevant, or shows their contact when the role is unlocked. - Message someone (
start_chat): sends a chat request with a first message. - Read a chat (
read_chat): shows the messages and marks them read, as opening the chat does. - Send a message (
send_message): sends a message in a chat. - Close a chat (
close_chat): closes a chat and frees a place under your open chat limit.
Messages reach real people, so have your assistant show you each one before it sends.
Plan limits
Every plan can connect, and the limits are the same as on the website. What you use from an assistant counts toward the same totals as what you use in the app. A free account gets 3 AI searches, each with your top 5 matches, and 3 chats. Paid plans are on the pricing section.
AI ranks, you decide
AI ranks people to help you. You review them and you decide, every time. You can change the must-haves and search again, sort the list another way, or ignore any ranking. A score and its reason are a starting point, and they can be wrong.
Contact details
A person's contact details are shared when both sides tap Connect in the app. Your assistant cannot tap Connect for you. It uses one contact from your plan, and a decline or no reply uses nothing.
Before Connect, a profile shows the country rather than the city, years of experience as a band such as 5-7, and N in place of other numbers, in the app and in your assistant alike. Messages with contact details or links are blocked, and repeated tries lock the account.
What your assistant receives goes to its provider. The privacy policy lists every kind of data the tools return.
Example prompts
- "How many AI searches and contacts do I have left on Hirelabs, and which of my roles have new applicants?"
- "Add this role to Hirelabs and suggest must-haves. Ask me before you run an AI search: [paste the job description]"
- "Show the top matches for my latest Hirelabs role and why each one fits. Draft a short first message to the two strongest, and wait for my OK before you send anything."
Troubleshooting
Sign-in
- The page says the request expired: it is good for one hour. Start connecting again from your assistant.
- It asks you to connect Telegram: free accounts finish the Telegram page first, then try again.
- It asks you to finish your profile: add your name and company on the welcome page.
- It says you are not signed in: connect again. A connection you do not use for 30 days asks you to sign in again.
- It says a connection may not do something: disconnect, connect again and allow every permission.
A paused assistant
If an account's activity looks like bulk collection of profiles rather than hiring, its AI assistant pauses and the website keeps working. Write to [email protected] and we look at it. If the message does not mention your account, Hirelabs for AI assistants is paused for everyone; try again later.
Disconnecting
If an assistant keeps failing after you disconnect it, remove Hirelabs from its settings too, then add it again.
Disconnect
Open Account in Hirelabs, find Your AI assistant and tap Disconnect next to the assistant. It stops working at once. Your roles, searches and chats stay in Hirelabs. You can also remove the connector in your assistant's settings.
Support
Write to [email protected], or see the support page. The terms and privacy policy apply when you use Hirelabs from an assistant.
